Frequently Asked Questions
Why no shared/multi-tenant tier?
We've decided that every tenant deserves full isolation. Shared namespaces introduce noisy-neighbor risks and complicate compliance. Dedicated clusters are the way forward.
How does signup-to-provision work?
The provisioning flow is being redesigned for automated dedicated cluster + SQL MI creation per tenant. Contact sales for current timeline.
Can I bring my own LLM keys?
Yes. BYOK is supported on both options. Use your OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, or Ollama keys.
Is air-gapped deployment supported?
Yes — the Self-Host option fully supports air-gapped, VPC, and on-premises deployments.
Can I upgrade from Self-Host to Dedicated Cluster?
